The firm was established in October, 1995, and merged with the law offices of Marvin J. Schenk in April, 2006. The three principals of the firm, Vic Casebolt, Sandy Germaine, and Marvin Schenk, each have extensive experience in their respective practice areas, performing sophisticated legal work in a wide range of matters. Collectively, they have practiced law for more than 70 years. Many of those years were spent in large Phoenix law firms and in counseling national companies and financial institutions. Within nine months after its formation, the firm received the highest rating given to law firms (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading directory of attorneys in the United States. The firm also is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and in the Phoenix Magazine as one of the Valley's Most Respected Law Firms.
